We love our fur-babies. Whenever I see my German Shepherd, Casey, she gets so excited whenever she sees me. That brings joy to my heart. And my kitty, Arya – yes, she’s named after GOT Arya Stark. Even if she wakes me up with her licks and paws on my face, and meows before 5 a.m. every morning! She’s definitely showing her love.
Our fur-babies don’t ask for much in return as they provide us with unconditional love – always. Our pets also provide us with active energy and love. We are their family, so they should be considered when you Feng Shui your home.
Animals are very sensitive to energy.
Recently I completed the Feng Shui of a newly constructed home. When the home was completed and I went to do the final stage of Feng Shui, the owner informed me the dogs keep going into the house and how they love the energy of this home. One of the dogs consistently lays in a specific area of the home. Underneath her favorite spot lays the Health Bagua.
There was another home with a couple of cats. The owner informed me one of the cats never approached her in the five years they’ve had her. This cat was very close to her son, and never went to anybody else. The evening their home was Feng Shui’d, she called to inform me that evening, her son’s cat had jumped on her lap while she was sitting on the couch, started purring and licking her hands. She believed the cat was thanking her for shifting and bringing in good energy to their home.
When your pets are cared for properly, they provide a more energetic flow throughout your home. Pets are good Feng Shui.
To move the flow of specific energies, colored collars for your fur babies help move the energetic flow for specific areas of life – i.e. purple for prosperity, red for fame, pink for relationships, yellow for health, black for a career.
Let the energy flow!
In gratitude,
Irene
Kids are back in school and homework time is here! Here a few tips to help your kids:
1. To support focus and attention, add yellow around the study spaces.
2. Playing classical music during homework time helps the brain to process and reduce other distracting sounds.
3. Keep the room free of clutter and clean. (Yes, they need to pick up their clothes and toys off the floor, and put them away!)
4. The desk should not be facing the wall. The more space you have in front of your face, the easier it is to focus and allow the information to flow.
