When you are not grounded, you may find yourself being a little clumsy, forgetful, and that chatter in your head can be quite loud. When that happens, you just can’t get things done, be focused, or even meditate properly.
There are many methods to Grounding for those who don’t want to sit still.
You can walk barefoot on the grass or sand and focus on your breathing. If you are stressed and trying to get work done, and just can’t get into it, take a walk along the beach – barefoot on the sand.
Or, just stand or walk on your grassy lawn for a few minutes to 30 minutes. Then, go back to work. You’ll find yourself more focused.
I don’t like to get my feet dirty, so I’d rather sit in my comfy chair and ground indoors.
This is why I want to share these three grounding videos, and this is the second of three.
Hope you had the opportunity to do the first grounding exercise, let me know how you felt.
See which ones resonate with you. You may find one better than the other.
Watch the second grounding video.
