I am one of those individuals who enjoys daydreaming, and because of that, I find myself “spaced-out”, not in my body, thus, definitely not being able to focus. It’s fun to be in that space, but not when it comes to working.
I’ve learned many grounding methods, and just couldn’t “get it”. I’m kinesthetic – I feel things, and grounding was one I couldn’t quite master…Until I learned these three grounding exercises.
This was the first time I felt something. I felt it in my body and became aware of my breathing, heartbeat, and calmness. I want to share this technique with you.
Of course, your experiences may differ.
Why is grounding so important? Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
Do you feel scattered or “spaced out” or daydream a lot?
You can’t focus when there’s a deadline?
Do you fall asleep during meditation?
Grounding is connecting with the earth, allowing you to be present in your body, feeling centered, balanced and being peaceful. Grounded people are vibrant, present, engaging, warm and confident.
I would like to show you grounding exercises to help you feel calm and centered. This is the first of three grounding exercises.
When you feel yourself getting scattered and spacey, or want a deeper meditation, you will know how to get back to your space of empowerment.
In gratitude,
Irene
Are you entering your home or business through the front door?
Why is entering through the front door important?
It’s the mouth of the “chi” (aka energy). The home gets its energy nourishment through the front door.
Avoiding the front door would prevent opportunities and prosperity coming into your life.
